Analysis of Pregnancy Testing Index Results in Miyun District, Beijing from 2017 to 2021

To understand the physical health of women during pregnancy in Beijing, data pregnant who attended obstetrics outpatient clinic Miyun District Maternal and Child Health Hospital Beijing from 2017 to 2020 were selected. The blood lipid indexes (the triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C), low-density (LDL-C)), 75g oral glucose tolerance test (fasting plasma glucose, 1hplasma 2h glucose) thyroid hormones (thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), free thyroxine (FT4), triiodothyronine (FT3), (TT4), (TT3)) 11 parameters analyzed. levels women, 2017-2021, showed a general trend decreasing then reversing increase, difference was statistically significant (P< 0.0001). Fasting 1h postprandial chronological increase Except LDL-C, Lipid index fasting increased with age opposite observed for indicators function measurement. There differences abnormal rates index, OGTT, pregnancy, but not significant. HDL-C, LDL-C high. Lipid, can better reflect condition strengthening is great value eugenics expected female health.
